What are your contract terms?
12-month initial agreement, then quarterly rolling with 30 days notice to cancel.
Why 12 months? The onboarding process requires significant upfront investment—dedicated engineering time, enterprise tool deployments, and comprehensive security work. The 12-month agreement ensures we can deliver ongoing value and protection.
After 12 months, you continue on quarterly terms at the same rate. Most clients stay for years because the service works.
Fair exit terms: If we fail to deliver on our guarantees, you can exit early. No data hostage situations. No surprise fees.
Will your pricing increase?
Your pricing is fixed for your initial 12-month term.
After that, we may adjust pricing with 30 days notice, but we cap increases at 5% annually and only adjust for genuine cost increases (tool licensing, inflation, etc.).
Most of our clients have been at the same rate for years. We’re not in the business of surprise price hikes.
