How many people, which machines, whether you’re on Microsoft 365 or Google, and whatever’s been going wrong. No forms to fill in first.
I tell you what I’d do
In plain English: what’s worth fixing, in what order, and what you can leave alone. If you don’t need us, I’ll say so.
You get the whole number
The monthly figure for your office, before you agree to anything. If you go ahead, setup starts within the week.

Every machine that person works on. Two of you is £110, five is £275, ten is £550. After your first year, rolling 30-day notice, no exit fees.
- A person picks up when you ring, and anything in writing gets a reply within 2 working hours.
- Files and email backed up every day, and tested by restoring something.
- Threat detection and response (EDR) on every machine, plus email filtering that stops phishing before it lands.
- Updates handled, sign-in security on every Microsoft 365 account, and access that ends the day someone leaves.
- A server, Azure or network kit is priced per box, only if you’ve got one.
- Registered charities: £35 a machine, no minimum. Schools: we’ll talk through your requirements, as there’s more than one way to price it.
Before you book
Is this a sales call?
It’s fifteen minutes to work out whether we’re a fit and what it would cost. You’ll leave with the number and an honest view either way, and there’s no follow-up sequence if you decide not to go ahead.
How big an office do you work with?
Mostly two to thirty people with nobody in-house whose job is the IT. There’s no minimum.
What are the terms?
A first year, then rolling 30-day notice with no exit fees. You know the whole monthly number before you agree, and setup is done within seven days: Secured in 7 Days, or that month is on us.
We already have an IT provider. Can we still talk?
Yes. Bring your contract end date. We handle the handover with your current provider, and there’s nothing for your team to prepare.
Do you come on site?
Almost everything is fixed remotely, on your screen, in minutes. On site is by arrangement, for the jobs that need a pair of hands.
