Co-managed IT support
For firms with an IT person or provider who needs a senior specialist alongside them: security, projects, escalation, cover.
Managed cyber security
Threat detection and response, email filtering, credential exposure monitoring, tested backups, Cyber Essentials evidence. Built in, or as a layer on your existing IT.
Microsoft 365 and Azure
Migrations, licence reviews, Azure cost and security reviews, virtual desktops. Fixed-price projects by a Microsoft partner who’s run it at scale.
Networking and Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi that reaches the far end of the workshop, firewalls that are actually configured, and a network that’s documented.
Business continuity
Backups that have been restored, not assumed, and a written plan for the day the laptop dies or the office floods.

Co-managed IT support means your team or your provider keeps the day-to-day, and we handle the specialist work they’re not set up for: the security layer, Microsoft 365 and Azure projects, the escalation when something’s beyond first line. The boundary is written down so both sides know where their responsibility ends.

What IT support services do you actually provide?

Business continuity, meaning backups that restore and a plan for the bad day, runs through all of it.
Is managed IT support different from IT support?
Managed IT support means the monthly fee pays for the work that stops things breaking: backups, updates, antimalware, monitoring, Microsoft 365 admin. Plain IT support usually means somebody you ring after it's broken. We do the first, and the ringing is part of it.
Do you only work with certain sectors?
No. The sector pages exist because accountants, law firms, schools and charities have their own rules and their own questions. The service underneath is the same for everyone.
How much does it cost?
£55 a person a month for managed IT support, every machine that person uses. £35 a machine for charities. Servers, Azure and network kit priced per box on top, only if they need looking after. Projects are fixed price, quoted before anyone starts.
