Do you ever come out to us?
Yes. Most issues are fixed remotely, usually the same day. When something needs a person in the room, the visit is scheduled. Standard support is remote (faster for most issues), but when you need someone physically present, during an Ofsted visit, exam period, or network emergency, we’re local, not travelling from the other end of the country.
We already have an IT technician. Can you work alongside them?

Yes – we’re run to Cyber Essentials standards ourselves and guide schools through certification regularly. We implement the technical controls, prepare documentation, and support you through assessment. Typical timeline: 6-12 weeks. Many MATs and local authorities now require this for data sharing agreements.
What school systems do you support?
All the main ones. SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor, ScholarPack for MIS. CPOMS, MyConcern for safeguarding. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Education. ParentPay, Tucasi for payments.
