Your Microsoft 365, Managed and Secured For You.
Email protected. Data secured. Configured properly, once, by people who have already done this at enterprise scale.
You should not need to understand 47 admin portals to keep your business safe. We are an independent Azure and Microsoft 365 practice: we assess your current setup, fix the security configuration you are already paying for, and hand you a system that works. Most clients need a one-off fixed-price project. Ongoing management is available afterwards if you want it, not the starting point.
Sound Familiar?
Email “Just Works”
Until someone clicks a phishing link. Then you discover MFA was never enabled and there is no audit trail to work from. 85% of attacks start with phishing.
Licence Confusion
Business Basic? Premium? E3? E5? Most businesses are over-licensed in some areas and missing security features they are already paying for in others.
Security Features Off
Conditional Access, Defender, DLP, Information Protection. You are paying for these. They are usually not configured.
SharePoint Chaos
Files everywhere. No structure. Permissions inherited from years ago. Nobody knows who has access to what.
Ghost Users
Ex-employees still have accounts. Shared mailboxes nobody monitors. Service accounts with passwords that have not changed in years.
No One’s Managing It
Someone “set it up” once but nobody is actually watching, optimising, or keeping it secure day to day.
Microsoft 365 is powerful. But power without management is just risk.

Talk to UsMicrosoft 365 Licensing: What You Actually Need
Microsoft’s licensing is deliberately confusing. Here’s the plain English version.
Business Basic
~£5/user/month
Best for: Businesses that already have desktop Office or don’t need it
- Web and mobile Office apps only
- Exchange Online (email)
- Teams
- SharePoint and OneDrive (1TB)
- Basic security features
No desktop apps. No advanced security.
Business Premium
~£19/user/month
Best for: Most small businesses (10-300 users)
- Everything in Basic
- Desktop Office apps (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Intune device management
- Conditional Access
- Defender for Business
- Azure Information Protection
Security features most SMBs actually need.
E3 / E5
~£32-55/user/month
Best for: Larger organisations, complex compliance
- Everything in Premium
- Unlimited archive
- Advanced eDiscovery
- Advanced compliance
- E5: Phone System, Defender XDR
- E5: Power BI Pro included
Often over-licensed. Check you need it.
Not sure what you need? We audit your current licences and recommend the right mix. Many businesses are over-licensed by 15-25% while missing security features they are already paying for.

Microsoft Partner
We’re a Microsoft Partner with direct access to support escalation, early feature access, and partner pricing on licences.
Security First
Every M365 engagement starts with security configuration. MFA, Conditional Access, email security. Not bolted on later.
Right-Sized Licensing
We won’t sell you E5 licences when Business Premium does the job. We have nothing to resell, so the recommendation is about value, not margin.
Built to De-risk, Not Experiment
We’ve already built and run this at enterprise scale. You get the shortcut past the mistakes, not an experiment on your business.
Remote-First, UK-Wide
We work with businesses across the UK, remotely. On-site visits happen only where they are genuinely useful, by arrangement, never as a standing promise.
Plain English
No jargon. No confusion. We explain what we’re doing and why. You’ll actually understand your M365 environment.
Microsoft 365 FAQs
We already have M365. Can you take over management?
Yes. We start with a health check to understand your current configuration, identify security gaps, and document what needs fixing. Then we either do a one-off remediation or take on ongoing management.
Do we have to buy licences through you?
No. You can keep your existing licence arrangement (direct from Microsoft, another reseller, EA). We can manage M365 regardless of where you buy licences. That said, most businesses are over-licensed somewhere, so right-sizing the mix often reduces cost as well.
What about our existing IT person/team?
We work alongside internal IT. Some want us to handle M365 entirely; others want us as escalation support. We’re flexible on the co-managed model.
How quickly can you help if something goes wrong?
We do not promise a fixed response-time window. As a remote-first practice, managed service clients get direct senior attention rather than a support queue, and we monitor for security alerts proactively, so we often catch problems before you notice them.
Do you handle migrations to M365?
Yes. We migrate from on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, other hosted email, or chaotic “everyone has their own setup” situations, using a migration methodology built from enterprise-scale M365 deployments.
What about Teams phone system?
Yes, we deploy Teams Phone (Microsoft’s cloud PBX). Direct Routing, Calling Plans, Operator Connect. It depends on your requirements and whether you want to keep existing numbers.
